Thanks for the reply. For your information, I am following a diet. In addition to the yellow tongue, I feel like my other Candida symptoms have worsened since drinking kefir. I'm almost sure that I will discontinue it for now. But I'd love to hear other people's opinions on whether the yeast in the kefir would excerbate an existing Candida condition. Did other people with Candida have bad experiences with drinking kefir? Is this "die off" or a worsening of Candida symptions?
