As a result of this pitiful cowardly act, my bartholin gland became infected and I grew a testicle. Just wanted you to know that I can I grow balls.

An enlarged Bartholin gland can look like a testicle.  I had a friend who had a Bartholin cyst.  It would grow to the size of an egg.  When drained it would go down about 6 months then enlarge again.
