In your situation, since you suspect a problem, it won't hurt anything to do a basic parasite cleanse, either with a pre-made mix like humaworm or take individual herbs. Personally, I did not have luck with humaworm, but can't dispute that certain others claim success. Uny at the natural healing forum also has a herbal blend for parasites. Raw garlic and onion were very effective with me against worms. Gotta work on the constipation regardless, psyllium husk, lemon juice in warm water, enema's & colonics are very helpful, probiotics, Dr. Christopher's Lower bowel herbs, Dr. Shulze IF1 & IF2 (both of which are sold by forum owners on this site).

Testing is a very touchy subject here. Some have success, others it seems to be a waste. If you try a herbal cleanse or lots of garlic, and cleanse the bowels, you just might find your issue IF you have one, by checking your stools.
