Four years ago I did a gluten and dairy test through enterolabs. I am gluten intolerant and borderline for dairy. I quit all processed foods and grains and went on the specific carb diet.
My hair analysis showed a Sugar and simple carb intolerance. Six months ago I quit fruit and all sweet tasting foods. Hypoglycemia is now completely gone.
The last couple months I have been adding back old white cheddar cheese which I love and kefir. I was also making a hot egg drink using the whole egg and cinnamon. I was getting tired right after I ate these foods. Thanks to many here who keep reminding me of the impact of eating the high histamine foods. I definately feel better now that I have eliminated these. I have been making my hot egg breakfast drink with egg yolks only and can really feel the difference.
I feel at my best when I just eat Dr. Wilson's meat and veg diet.
