Re: trying to diagnose colicky pain

ok thanks

i haven't narrowed it down completely but it looks like it is somehow related to stomach acid issues which i never had before. i took an otc proton inhibitor and it seemed to stop the problem and it healed again, problem is it keeps coming back every 6 months or so. i am being very paranoid that maybe it's just some simple food, maybe honey. i switched from raw honey to regular honey, but really i have no clue what's the issue is.

i was off wheat for 15 years or so and added it back in 2 or so years ago. it could be related but i seem to be fine with it for months and months at a time, and during acute attacks it seems to help somewhat so i'm inclined to rule that out.

oranges on empty stomach maybe made the problem worse so maybe that is another clue for the acid problems.

i also have cut waaay down on meat eating, and that coincided with this problem starting.

last time it was severe i suspected pancreas and or gb issues and had it scoped and examined, they found no inflammation there with palpation or through the scans so that may be ruled out.

i got a lot of other stuff going on at the same time with intestines and the whole 9 yards.
