Hi,

I know exactly nothing, but I heard that a pain at the bottom of the sternum indicates pancreatic problems.

I don't have that so I haven't thought out what to do. My best guess would be to really cut back on sugars, starches, and fats.

Giving up wheat hasn't hurt me a bit. (The book is 'Wheat Belly' rhough I haven't yet dropped weight.)
