I would first do a thorough Colon Cleanse (which could include parasite cleanse). Especially if you have never done one before.

Psylium and Bentonite might absorb some of the preparatory ingredients in a Liver Flush so I wouldn't use them during the prep. Look into Andreas Moritz version of The Clark Flush .

Or if you are in a hurry, eat a lot of raw garlic in preparation for your liver flush. It will help dissolve intrahepatic stones and sludge as well as kill parasites.
