Here I go again!

Im on day 2 of my 13th?? "master cleanse"..Boy do I feel busy. And all the cayenne,dry skin brushing and hot/cold hydrotherapy is really making me feel alive. This cleanse is about two months overdue. When I did the hydrotherapy in the shower, it was intense! I was breathing so hard I thought I was going to pass out and the dry skin brushing before the shower gave me a wicked stomach ache!! Although this is all very invigorating its also wearing me out! I just want to sleep. Which is fine,I dont push myself hard when I cleanse. I really try to be calm and peaceful getting lots of good rest. Im taking my IF's,superfood, parasite herbs,echinaccea,blood detox,oil pulling,CE's and Ive got some kidney tea brewing. I do yoga and Bentonite masks. Im out of castor oil so I need to order that. I just ordered more s.a.wilsons coffee,hopefully I wont run out before I get it. I also plan on picking up some ear candles. Im thinking I will brew up some of the glandular tea I bought too! :) Hopefully ill get just a few minutes of sun and barefooting in today! If im forgetting anything please remind me!!!!!!!

Oh and I bought a colonic on living social recently. Out of a lot of reviews this place has 5 stars! I doubt they will be able to fit me in during this cleanse but I will make sure I am cleansing for it. Ive never done one before but im really excited!!!
