Still in Laos, and although I don't have access as far as I know to Colloidal Silver , infrared lamps or anything like that, luckily, I found an acupuncturist who has helped. I went 7 times so far - 5 days in a row, off a day, then twice more so far.

It's better. Seems to be moving around my head.

He gives me a shot in the arse at the end, some sweet granulated Chinese medicine, and a bitter nut - half to eat and the other half to mash, mix with water, and put on the affected area.

I did put some vinegar and water in my ear. I found that online as well. I'll add more if anything changes.
