Nose bleeds everyday

For the past week and a half ive been getting nose bleeds every day. They start all of a sudden like a runny nose. I used to get them a long time ago from picking my nose or blowing it too hard. Finally used some ointment and things healed up.

Since then i would rarely get them, unless i was hit in the face. But now they started up again. The only thing i can think of that could have triggered it was massaging my face and scalp. Im not picking or blowing my nose or doing anything physical when it starts to bleed. Im pretty sure it only bleeds out my right nostril. Takes a good while for it to clot with some kleenex up there. I checked my blood pressure the other day and it was 153/77 pulse 66. Systolic is high above 140.

Ive been working pretty aggressively on cleaning my blood and arteries. Konjac, neem oil, ce's, niacin.

Ive done a search but havent found much other than to go see a doctor, which i did a long time ago and all he had to say was put ointment up there.

Maybe nothing to worry about and just needs more time to heal. Cayenne up the nose? haha
