Re: how much does the typical hair mineral analysis test cost
Well Joe, not yet. It is a good test to have, if you have the spare money. But, I have decided to spend my money on a lot of herbs and a water distiller and fulvic acid. I also saw a Celiac specialist.
If I can get a doctor in NY when I go, to order the test from one of these prior posters, or wherever, then its a priority test for me.
I steered clear of the cutler protocol and other similars. I read Dr. Lawrence Williams site about metal removal. He suggests slowly chelating over a long period by nutritional balancing, weight loss, and exercise, because the placement of the metals in your nervous system is too delicate and sensitive to remove too quickly and can cause severe complications. Water distilling with fulvic acid also complements his approach.
That is the bulk of addressing a metal deficiency, but for those who have had mercury fillings unlike me. That test is going to be very helpful for pinpointing exact numbers. Since I so many other coexisting problems, I haven't been able to devote all my resources to just metal removal treatment.
Hope this helps.
