I used to take this stuff, the vanilla Chai one...pretty delicious.. It has so much good stuff in it like enzymes and probiotics, protein, chlorella, etc... check it out.. you can buy sample packs to give it a shot.

And you don't have to use the recommended... perhaps you can use half a dose and mix it with something else

It's a bit pricey but would go a long way if you're just using half the dose or less

It was pretty easy on my digestion.
