I would have the steam each veggie as I`m suffering from bacteria overgrowth from bacteria found on vegetables.
I can't handle fruit juice more than a few oz per day due to sugar.
I am incorporating green smoothies into my diet more but they take a ton of time due to cleaning, steaming, blending, etc.. It's almost an hour before I can eat, and they don't keep :/
If you have any good green recipes low carb, low/no Sugar I`m all ears :D :D
