Re: I want know if those have any connection
I've noticed that the most negative feedback about cilantro/chlorella comes from people who have never tried it. They just read Cutler and are now convinced cilantro will destroy their minds and make them crazy.
I used cilantro for quite some time and found a lot of improvement in that time. I think part of the problem is that many people treat cilantro as a food, not as a potentially dangerous chelator. They eat a lot of it all at once; or they use it haphazardly; or, worst of all, they eat a lot of it while they still have silver fillings.
I took it with the same basic schedule I would use to take DMSA. I took a few dashes of the spice with about 6-10 small tablets of chlorella every 3-4 hours, including at night. The only time I had any trouble, beyond the usual temporary side effects, came when I overdid its use. I took it hourly for several weekends in a row. That was too much.
My friend has been using the cilantro method as well, and she's very happy with the results with no signs of insanity or the other horror stories people seem convinced will happen to them.
