Myself and 4 others in my family have just completed our 1st Humaworm and as far as diarrhea it only happened a few times. It means your body has toxins it needs to get rid of. Most people are not running to the bathroom constantly. You need to drink lots of water but time that around your work schedule. Drink more at home and less at work, My main reson for starting it was Irritable bowel (diarrhea) and on the cleanse it actually was not an issue and after 1 cleanse that problem has resolved itself 90%. Stick with it.
