Anytime you do a cleanse to get rid of toxins it is called house keeping.

When you stir up toxins sometimes it gives you a sick feeling.

Humaworm has herbs in it that helps keep you regular. Just
drink lots of water!!!!

The picture's you posted were Flukes. There are several differnt species with various colors shapes and sizes.

I dont know what is in your cleanse but colon cleanses do not kill out Parasites. The Garlic will.
