>I just went to Cahill yesterday and got the same diagnosis - Eh.

>Also, are you guys still feeling well? I know many who feel good for a short time then go back to their old chronic symptoms.

I will not include too many details because my story is long. I will try to answer questions if you have them...

I traveled to Brazil in 2010 for testing and treatment. I did a combination of sechnidazole, kitnos and diloxinide for 10 days against EH and after around two months I took Giarlam against Giardia. I started feeling awesome two weeks after Giarlam and felt real great for close to two months and then a lot of the symptoms came back.

In 2012 I tested again with Cahil and the result was EH. He also prescribed Doxycycline and Paromomycin.

This is what I did.

First 5 days I took 2500mg of tinidazol once a day.
On day 6 I started taking 3 days of 2500mg Humatin capsules.
On day 9 I started 7 days of 3000mg of liquid Humatin.
On day 16 I started 2 days of tinidazol again.

It was a total of 17 consecutive days.

Paromomycin was divided in to 3 times per day.

I took a little less paromomycin in the first 3 days (2500 mg instead of 3000mg) because I did not have enough capsules. The initial 3 days of 2500mg paromomycin amount was more then enough for my weight so that lower dose was not a problem.

I could not afford to go to drs to try to get the higher amount of paromomycin. I got part of paromomycin from goldpharma which has a very good reputation.

I also got tinidazole from magicpharma, I have used that pharmacy many times and they have never failed me. The reactions I got from magicpharma's tinidazole were exactly as expected (I have taken Tinidazole from meatspace brick pharmacy before).

I trust magicpharma but I suggest you get the medication from your local Drs and pharmacy if you can.

Its been 6 weeks for me and I can't say for sure I got rid of the bug.

The good.
I have a little less problem with hypoglycemia which is good. I might be absorbing vitamins better. I recently started taking a number of good B vitamins and that has given me more energy. Gastritis seem a bit better. I'm more calm, specially after starting to take B vitamins.

The bad.
My tongue is quite white so its possible I killed the bug but I'm having difficulties recovering the flora and combating yeast.
I often have a problem sleeping more then 5 hours straight.
Symptoms seems to get worse if I eat carbohydrates or sugar. Tinnitus gets worse and tongue gets whiter the next day after carbs or sugar. Still have strong heart beat and drowsiness (but less after starting B vitamins & Iron, very dry eyes, stools look mostly like before but are a tiny bit better some days. My breathing is worse then before taking the meds and seem to get worse the next day when I eat more carbs/sugar.

If I don't get better, its likely I will test again in 2 or 3 months.

Tropicaboy was sucessfull using the tinidazole/paromomycin combination. Britboy and Shrimpy were also successful but they also took quinacrine after the Tinidazole/Paromo combination (they have the details). Artemidore has not reported back on how he is.

Keep us posted

All the best
Jazzy
