Re: Still struggling

I started using Myrtle oil to address my thyroid. I have taken thyroid meds but my make me feel weird. The lower my adrenals are the worse the meds are. Usually thats a T3 conversion issue. After starting thy Myrtle my body temp went almost up to normal. I think it's helping convert T3.

Inflammation/histamines are brought on by stress. This goes hand in hand with AF. Inflammation inhibits T3. Histamines and inflammation with also use up your adrenaline. Look into natural anti inflammatiesory and antihistamines. Also get a good proibotic.

As far as fatigue the best thing to help adrenals out is Standard Process Drenamin. I have two other AF friends that swear by it as well. It has saved me so many times. If two doeses twice a day does not work up your dosage. I have taken as many as 12 on really bad days.

When you have AF your whole detox system slows down. I have been doing copper detoxes but that is what Zinc and niacin do. The suggestions for B complex and the supporting supplements that the others mentioned are super important. I use lost of Niacin and Zinc now especially they help lots with sleep. I also do lot of melatonin with theanine.

I am getting near the end (fingers crossed) with my AF. Almost there after a four year struggle and most of the same symptoms and more as you.
