#1 and the end of #5 on the list. There is so much info online about candida and an over acidic body. I am on a vegetable based diet. Avocadoes and almonds allow for calories. I do best with the softest foods. Salmon would be the least acid forming meat, but I am adding traces after 4 weeks..and more than a couple small steaks per week is too much for me. I can feel full from lima beans, some quinoa and all the vegetables. Rotting food in the intestine creates an environment that candida loves. Protein and Sugar need to be eliminated. I just don't stress about cauliflower, eggplant, broccoli, etc carbs and it seems to do me fine. I blend kale in water and drink it all day still. Part of my recovery was ignoring the cravings for high protein food caused by malabsorption. You really feel like you need it, but it ruins the digestive system.
