Re: More on B3 and *CAUTIONS* in re: to whether you have Low or High Histamine

 When talking about buying supplements in the United States, keep in mind that now all supplement manufacturers provide the same quality of supplements.  Also, some supplements will mention the FDA on their container.  Keep in mind that this is not an endorsement by the Food and Drug Administration.  So, while Walmart may have the cheapest prices on supplements you might consider buying them from a health food store instead of Walmart who got them from who knows where.
