That is too funny! My kids do not get unhealhty snacks at home, so when they are out and offered something, they may try it but don't devour it like the other kids.

I think part of the problem is that my oldest has gotten too many of those foods at other places lately. The grandparents are pretty good when I tell them to limit what they give, but if they are there overnight, I'm thinking they are feeding them more. My mom would totally not give them what I ask not to, I just need to reinforce it more.

Great ideas, I am so thankful you shared the blood tincture tip. I am trying to take our health to the next level, but it gets overwhelming to change so much at once. It feels aggravating however when your child gets sick and you either know it's because of not taking care of the immune system or lack of knowledge on what to do naturally. I'm learning.
