Re: Day 18!!!!
Hello Julie,
It actually doesn't seem like it has been this long. Time certainly does fly when your having fun.
The kidney tea is a part of the Hulda Clark kidney cleanse protocol, as well as the ginger and uva ursi capsules. She recommends a couple different vitamins as well, but I wouldn't take those, they are synthetic and create an acidic system. If your interested in more info on that you can go here:

The super gunk tea I take is a variation of the BF&C that MH talks about and sells. It is a combination of a number of different herbs that rebuild your bone, flesh, and cartilage. It is mentioned extensively a few pages back in this forum.
I am taking the pure, wild, oregano oil. The stuff MH sells in the 1/2 oz bottle. I recommend that you read up on it before you start taking it. I am now up to 3 drops in an 8oz glass of water every morning upon rising. My kids think it is too strong but I can get them to drink it when sick. It has helped my oldest daughter with warts she had been troubled with for sometime. They are dead and gone now.
As far as fasting goes, I can help a little with that. If your doing the OJ fast, you just juice eight oranges a day and drink that throughout the day mixed with distilled water if you have it. Don't buy the distilled water from the store, I hear it is highly toxic. I take an 8oz cup, pour half full with OJ and fill the rest of the way up with water. Stir and drink small sips and mix it with your saliva. Hence the saying drink your solids and chew your liquids. Do this eight times throughout the day. I also occasionally drink an 8oz glass of coconut water which replenishes lost electrolytes. It is nature's gatorade.
For the first three days of the fast I think MH recommends taking epsom salts with water to clear out all the junk in the trunk. You can ask him for more specific advice on that. I have always used celtic sea salt and water for my internal wash.
You are allowed I think eight almonds a day if you must eat, but this slows down the fast, big time. I don't eat the almonds, I think it would just make you want to eat more food.
I hope that clarify some points for you. Many blessings when you decide to fast,
Peace....
