Re: First liver flush: huge stones out but Epsom Salt is a disaster.
My wife did her first liver flush yesturday and passed what we think are 2 huge stones 1.5" by 2.5". They were softened (she has been taking plant fats for past 2 weeks and apple juices). And a dosen of tiny ones. She followed original Clark protocol.
OK
However the flush was an absolute torture for her because Epsom Salt makes her extremely nauseous! (It was fine for me...). The taste of Epsom salt is what makes her just about to vomit.
OFTEN IT IS THE OIL WOMEN COMPLAIN THE MOST ABOUT AND THEY WILL LAY ON THE FLOOR AND CRY LIKE BABIES INSISTING THEY CAN'T DO IT....SUCH THINGS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE....
SHE HAS TO BE THE ONE DOING THE READING, SHE HAS TO BE THE ONE WANTING TO DO IT AND THEN IT MAKES IT "EASIER" TO HANDLE.....AND THEN THEY DECIDE TO TRY IT AGAIN OR SAY NO WAY..
She kept it in fridge. Clark protocol mentiones about mixing epsom salt with juices instead of water but she didn’t try that yet...
WATER WOULD BE BEST IN MY OPINION.
Are there supstitutes to Epsom Salt for liver flush?
NO
THIS IS WHY I HAVE SUGGESTED FOR YEARS TO USE THE PLANT FATS METHOD AND ONLY A LIVER FLUSH WHEN DESIRED.
Can honey or something else be held in mouth prior drinking epsom salt to mask the taste? We want to know all possible solutions to try out next time.
SIMPLE
DRINK IT FAST, WASH IT OFF YOUR TEETH WITH WATER....
IT IS NOT SOMETHING FOR HER TO BEDOING.

Thanks.
