I was going to suggest an Earthing pad to healthyartist, but maybe they can be constructed at home.
To ground a home-made unit, though, you'd need to be on the gound floor, basically, to get the ground rod to reach. Earthing pads ($65.00) plug right into the wall.
Land-line phones put out much less radiation than even an LCD monitor screen, not to mention the computer, itself. I lined my desktop with lead sheeting and I got the Earthing pad just about 2 weeks ago.
EMF sensitivity is an under-discussed subject. There are those who must be extremely sensitive to it, as there are a certain percentage of the population who are extremely sensitive to any particular toxin or endocrine disruptor.
