Adrenal Fatigue Phone Pal or Pen Pal?

Hi friends (old and new)! I’ve missed you all!

I haven’t been here for some time now mainly because I’m severely EMF sensitive. I avoid coming on line almost completely except for about 5 minutes every morning to check my email. Anyhow, I’ve missed you all and the community and support that I had while here.
I’d really, really, really love to have some friends who have Adrenal Fatigue that I can talk on the phone with and/or be pen pals with. I had a lovely friend that I made on this forum that I used to talk to regularly and write to, but we recently parted ways and I’ve been reminded of what an asset it is to be friends with people who are going through similar trials. I love to share ideas and wisdom, an ear and laughter with people who are also sick and working to heal.
Anyhow, some of you may remember me, but I’m guessing that many of you are new and will need to read through my history to see if I’m the kind of person that you’d like to share some of your energy with. Even though I am sad to have lost a dear friend, I’m realizing that I am pretty excited to make some new ones. I have no idea how many of you will respond, but please forgive me in advance if I don’t respond to each of you. (I have a limited supply of energy, as I’m sure you understand.)
Okay, I’m gonna write this like a personals ad and tell you exactly what I’m looking for in a friend(s) and if it sounds like you and you happen to be looking for the same thing, then (yay!) send me an email at dangelo395@yahoo.com with some information about you, your phone number and/or your mailing address. I won’t be able to respond at all via the email, again because going online makes me incredibly ill ( ie: muscle pressure, muscle twitches and spasms, anxiety, weakness…you get the idea.) So my Dad will print them for me and I will call you or write you a letter. Please read my posting history here if it fears you at all to send your personal contact information to an unknown person. I think it will be clear that I am, not only someone with whom you can trust, but that I’m a real living human who has been a great friend to many on this forum (and in the world).
Okay, so I’m an artist. I typically am most attracted to people with creative spirits who are open minded, overall all have positive attitudes, who are wise and silly and loving. I’d love to have some friends that are insightful and open to sharing and receiving insight. I really enjoy being able to contribute to another person’s healing with the thinks that I have learned, but I prefer to be friends (at this point) with others who have AF that have been around the block a few times, and have gained knowledge about the nature of the beast and so will also be able to share knowledge and insight with me…ya know, so that we are learning from each other and helping each other climb out of this seeming jungle of doom.
About me? A brief synopsis is that I’m 31, was a full time artist painting and private art teacher prior to becoming ill two years ago. A year and a half ago I got sick enough that I had to move back home with my parents in Florida. For the first 6 months I was severely ill and house bound. Over the past year I have tried many different modalities and I have made some progress. At this point, I just started working with a doctor that I totally LOVE, but I am still unable to work and stay at home most of the time. I walk every night for a half hour and I spend pneumonia of time in my back yard planting seeds and exploring the miniature details of Florida wildlife. I just took a beautiful picture of two green lizards mating. If we become friends I promise to send you a copy. I guarantee it’s the cutest thing you have ever seen. Anyhow, that’s my life! Otherwise, I’ve been slowly working on writing and illustrating two books: one is a children’s book about compassion and the other is a book for sick kids. But lately, I have been focusing my attention on not trying to accomplish anything, as I believe that learning to just be, at this point, feels most healing for me. But, in case you are curious and would like to see some of my art and learn more about me, my website is http://www.elizabethdangelo.com.
Of course it has not been updated in a very long time at this point.
Anyhow before becoming ill, I was extremely social person, so this has been a huge challenge for me (learning to love spending so much time alone. But I am learning to love it. But again, I’d really love to have some peeps in my life who have adrenal fatigue and understand the process.
I’m going to cut this short because my poor mother (who hates typing) is typing this for me.
Thank you, love you, can’t wait to meet or reconnect with you!
Beth
