I have done a high complex B, before going to mosqito land; for me it works as I get less bites than my travel companions; to the point they say; they dont like you; why?

Now I dont tolerate high vit B complex to the extent I did before, but I do as much as I can before going to,like Asia. It works for me. If bitten; Iodine works for the itch.
Essential oils works for both the itch and as a preventive, but has to be re applied quite often. Tweet
