The day i started my fast i was 138lb and im 5'4. I drink at least 2-3 liters a day. Should i drink more?
Right now i dont do any intense workout. Just maybe a short walk before i go to bed. Im afraid to do anything intense because i know after i workout i get really hungry. Plus i thought that you're supposed to rest while fasting. I decided not to look at the scale at all for the first week of my fast.
About the re-feeding. I've read a lot about it, and it seems like most people say that it's better to break the fast with solid foods, meaning like waterbased fruits. Like watermelon. That way your digestive system will start waking up faster and your metabolism will get fast over time of breaking the fast. I'm definitely determined this time. Idealy i set a goal of 21 days. First i want to pass 10 day mark and see how i feel.
