If you killed flukes you quite likely killed some other bugs too, so may be suffering from die off - typical experience.

As far as that little kit for enemas that costs so much, one can get perfectly good results with an enema bag maybe already around the home (or maybe $25.00 or so at a drug store), some orange juice & olive oil. That doesn't add upt to what he is charging. Rip off. Therefore I personally would be hesitant to take him as an expert. My feeling is that if they will rip you off one way, they will maybe do so in another way. But I'm kinda cynical.
