Re: Liver flukes after liver flush
Die off can be awful and definitely can cause a need to sleep a lot more. A lot of this is experimental because everyone is different. It doesn't hurt to decrease your doseage and then maybe slowly increase it over time.
Take lots of vitamin C, several times a day to help protect your adrenals, take ornithine to mop up amonia from dead bugs (especially near bedtime) & milk thistle to protect your liver, drink lots of water & take it easy. You could feel badly for several weeks, then badly again for a week or so if you start using a zapper (which I think is essential eventually.)
Do not try to do
Liver Flushes until you have no more die off from paracides or they can make you sick. (Happened to moi.) But then start doing them about 2X a month until 2 consecutive flushes, with enemas afterwards, show no chaff & no more than under 10 stones. You don't need your gall bladder out, just need the stones out. Lots of info on that on the
Liver Flush foruom. In that, too, you have to experiment on what is right for you.
