you said fungal pneumonia. Antibiotics will treat bacterial infection just fine. bacterial infection is nothing to mess with. if you dont know what youre doing, best to go with the docs and then get up to speed so it never happens again.

dehydration is the biggest enemy. if she goes into convulsions and is hospitalized that will be the culprit. an IV will reverse that.
