I think we had this discussion before but I don't feel that I have sufficient knowledge to start ingesting bacteria cultures to help my body live healthily. Other than feed it the foods that I know it's biologically adapted to, I leave it well enough alone.
By pre-fermented, I was referring to the fermentation that occurs internally if we combine fruit protein and/or starches. The quickly digested fruit gets held up in the stomach while the proteins and starches get digested and quickly start to ferment generating alcohol and other toxic substances that we don't need.
