parasite cleansing is not really a here & there thing, sad to say. You never know if you got them all & you probably didn't, plus new ones can be picked up anytime. Then they multiply.

Maintenance ongoing seems wise.

Liver Flushes are good to do one way or another, about every 2 weeks until 2 consecutive flushes reveal no chaf & no more than a very few stones, say 5 or less.
