Re: Using Catholic Faith To Justify Cutting Programs That Help The Poor

"oh, look at ME, I am RELIGIOUS, i can do anything I want to and justify it as RELIGIOUS".

Its nuts eh?? I better not get started on religion or everyone will argue;

I just wanted to point out an experience I had with "personal and public conduct as determined by religion" - a religious, church-goin' lady here cheated me out of $100, a basic theft really.

I decided that she probably needed it and I told her I forgive her; she doesn't know it but I am a hardened atheist.

Atheism wins another moral battle...
