I made one from the directions on Dr. Larry Wilson site...cost about $70...I hook it up to the back of a chair in my small bathroom and it works great.. I have done it a few times..but I guess I got afraid because of my sodium loss. I really need to get back to it. My hubby loves it, he uses more then I do.( I used the sockets with a pull chain so I can have control over the amount of heat coming off it). Plus I will use it on a sore muscle, I turn on one of the bulbs and I focus the heat on the area that hurts and get good relief.
