My first longer DF was done earlier this month and ended at 90 hours. I could have gone on physically. But I was tempted to eat.
I would think that the healthier one is the easier it is for her to do fasting. That is what almost all fasing literature says. A few years ago when I did short Water Fast (for a few days) I experienced detox symptoms from the 2nd day on. But now I do not experience detox symptoms when doing short DF or water fast. That certainly makes fasting easier physically. But I need to motivate myself mentally...
