I think you are perfectly right if you believe that the question is inappropriate. But, you'll likely not stop Momma and all the other rude people of this world.

I've found that they often want something they think they are entitled to...and that the arguement is endless.


People like this need to be ignored. The gentle folk who are the recipients of their rudeness need to ignore them.

The harder they press, the more alone they find themselves.

There are ways to encourage our children to confide in us, and demanding is not one of them.


One of mankind's biggest mistakes is imposing obligations on children. We do so at our peril.

The result is always disfunction.

I mean, look what big business, and big government, have created.

Neither are respected or trusted.

The world will never be functional until they begin to use good manners and common sense.
