Thanks! So wait I dont think I followed what you meant. Do I go 3 days on 300, then go 3 days on just 50, then heres the part I didn't get (break vica versa)? SO do you mean a 1 day break and then do the reverse so 3 days on 50 and 3 days on 300?

Also I never knew B2 and B3 were needed... so many supplements lol ( Im taking selenium and vit C), was going to add magnesium, then was going to look into possibly zinc/copper, then was going to get around to looking into K2. And also was looking to getting a liquid form of B100 but couldn't find it. lol haven't gotten around to doing the research but that'd be a tonne of supplements.
