No mate,
the higher you go, the faster the detox is(skip). The lower it is the more detox you get. So less is more and MORE is LESS. :D

You should try pulse dosing.
300mg for 2-3 days then 50mg the next 3 days then break vica versa.

Just make sure you have companions. Selenium, boron, B2-B3 and some Real Salt.

You should be able to read your body aswell. Take rests sometimes too, it's okay. Iodine becomes a Drug, a good drug that every one should take!
