That why when i eat more parsley (more carbs) less olive oil my candida go away in some symptoms. Less olive oil mean body required less B5 and have more from cooked parsley (i eat more then half kilo so there was 2500mg B5 in natural form + b complex supps!! - my skin was almost normal. Forget it Grapefruit-Seed-Extract , more antifungal = health disaster. Stop strong antifungal - eat low carb but with all vitamins :D
