I just wanted to stop in and tell you all about Pantothenic acid. It's a b5 vitamin and it's done miracles on my skin. I've taken other things before that were great, like chlorella, but they only work well if I stick to a strict diet. However, PA is different.
Pantothenic acid helps with digestion. One way I could tell is when I got up to the recommended 10,000 mg per day over the course of about 3, maybe 4 weeks, not only did my red skin and
Acne clear up, but my tongue would still be pink when I got up in the morning.
That nasty coating/plaque on my tongue was gone and no need to brush 5-6 times a day anymore. It helped by breath and the occasional geographic tongue problem too. Some people might call these candida symptoms, but in my humble opinion, I think it's all just digestive weakness.
I also go to the bathroom easily on PA as an added bonus. No more pushing and bleeding, or feeling the need to go and can't.
Over the past 16 years, I have been living on diets. The last one consisted of noodles, breads, chicken, and other foods that my digestive system could handle better than others and when I found pantothenic acid worked so well while on my strict diet, I decided to test it by cheating in various degrees.
So I went shopping and I just bought regular food: cereal, salads with ranch dressing, sandwich materials like jam, fruits, vegetables, etc and my skin remained clear. I went on a cruise and ate whatever I wanted and my skin stayed clear there too.
Then I took it one step further. I went out and bought triple chocolate ice cream, super sugary cereal and pretty much lived on that(I had to go without it for 16 years beforehand, so I really enjoyed this). Yummy. However, I did get a patch of little baby pimples over the course of the next couple days, but if I would have eaten like this before pantothenic acid, I would have grown a big, blistery rhino horn.
That's about how much PA helped me. It may not make you 100% bullet proof, but it can make you normal again. I think all brands work. I've tried a couple different ones, but I would suggest buying one that has more mg's per pill, so you don't have to take as many in one sitting. Most people who have tried it suggest taking 10,000 mg per day, which is what works for me. If I take less, it doesn't work at all and I have read amazon reviews where other say the same. As a side effect, there could be some gas and diarrhea until your body gets used to it--so don't take it just before you go out in public in the beginning.
If you going to try it, give it one full month at 10,000 mg and let me know how it works for you. I hope this post helps someone out there like it's helped me.
