Oh and I forgot to say-goat kefir! I'm actually allergic to dairy..but I decided to try some goat kefir in small amounts to take in some probiotics. It's been so soothing to my gut..I've had zero bad reactions to it..it actually lessens my symptoms if I have a flare up. I drink one cup a day, I started out just taking little sips though to make sure I wouldn't react to it. Also, when I'm flaring up I'll usually just drink kefir instead of eating, and it helps a lot. It's very calming to my gut.
