My guess...finish your Paragone; wait 90 days; then do 30 days of Humaworm, with Hu-Mana-Tea.

Then wait another 90 days, and do another round of Humaworm and Hu-Mana-Tea.

During the 90-day waiting periods do 3 enemas per week, or even mild coffee enemas (read up on them).

I believe that enemas offer the body an extra way of eliminating, and, eventually, will pass anything the body is trying to be rid of.
