I don't know much about zirconium but Vita's products are made in Germany and they are well known in the industry for their quality products.

That said, dental industry comes up with some fancy named products that are supposedly ground breaking, however a few last and the rest don't.

As far as i know, zirconium is used for underlying substructure for a bridge or crown, then porcelain is applied to it. But if i had to go with a bridge, i would choose a high quality gold alloy instead of zirconium. However, i would probably extract a tooth before going for a root canal, crown or a bridge.
