Yes, that could be true. Cutler indicates that the reaction to chelators is quite individual.

It also might be due to the combo of toxins that are present. For example tests indicate that cadmium is a problem for me. ALA is not known to chelate Cd well but I bet those thiols are quite capable of kicking up Cd. My worst symptoms while on round are consistent with Cd in the brain.

Fortunately I am certainly improving nicely. We just need some patience.
