This sounds like candida flareups. I had some awful candida and the die off was never like this. I watched rashes disappear, had sore lymphs and was tired, while Depression and anxiety went away and my personality came back. Die off includes a relief of a lot of symptoms and increased rashes tells me the immune system is having a hard time. Have you ever tried the alkaline diet? An acid diet lets infections run wild.
