Actually, on a DF I go into ketosis faster. On the WF it can take me up to 5-6 days to get into ketosis, even mild ketosis. Whereas on the DF it takes 1-3 days.
However, on the WF I go into heavy ketosis (140) by day 8 and on DF even after 10 days ketosis is only moderate.
I think each individual is different based on how your metabolism, fat stored, etc. I have a lot of stored fat and my body tends to exhaust it glycogen quickly so initially thought I would reach ketosis quickly and it was not so.
