Thanks for your information fastinganne and himitsuhime. It goes to show that we are all slightly different, I usually start ketosis after 2.5 days. So far I have only managed 28 hours dry fasting before I had water. It feels like very different things are going on in the body when compared to water only fasting which are hard to describe.
Its very interesting and I will try to pursue this method for a while since I benefit from water only fasting, though lately I have had a complete lack of willpower in getting beyond 3 days - I have previously had no problem fasting anywhere up to 28 days.
