Re: distilled water

I just wanted to say about the water amounts, there is no way i can personally drink that much water at this point.
I think this is kind of a big issue for those with AF who struggle with the hypoglycemia aspect.
When i started RBTI the first thing they did was help me figure out how much water my body could handle. I had been told previously by my practitioners to drink lots and lots of water.
It turns out that everyone's body is a bit different and not everyone can handle the 8 8oz glass recommendation. Especially with AF, we tend to have a problem holding onto electrolytes with AF.
So I would be careful forcing yourself to drink the full 3 qts if you feel that it is more than you effectively handle.
I never drink a glass of water these days. I drink 2-4 oz at at time about every hour and if i am not getting enough hydration, i will cut that with coconut water or milk (protein and Sugar to balance the fluid) on the half hour.
i do this from the time i wake up to about 8 or 9 at night. Drinking too many fluids in the evening will cause the same issue while you sleep, often times the root of insomnia. if i drink too much plain water my Sugar drops and i end up in an adrenal exhausting, panic, blood Sugar spiral.
reducing my fluid intake for the time being has been one of the keys to reducing my hypoglycemia.
My NB nutritionist knows this and says it is fine.
