Re: Saline enemas

Ty for replying, propaul. I had read your challenge the other day & hoped I would hear something from you :). I am using the otc small fleet bottled enemas and feel they are very harsh and dehydrating to me. I also read they are not good for kindneys and have passed a kidney stone since staring this. OUCH! I hope it was a coincidence bc I am prone to u.t.i.s and stones anyway.
I tried home made small saline (sea salt) enemas and they don't seem to do the trick either. I suppose I should get the big enema kit & just dive in. I will try the soap suds one, thanks for the suggestion. I also heard peroxide ones were good for cleansing as well. Again, thanks for your advice. I really value it and the health benefits from these therapies.
