Re: sleep early
actually i think there are more about 7-8 hours about sleep is good.
I mean, i know people who sleep everyday between 5-6 hours and they are fine, also they have a sedentary life, maybe thats one thing cause they don't need too much energy during the day. But athletes of course need more rest.
Also i have a friend who i remember when we went into a trip together, he slep like 10 hours everyday and he was fine.
Its not that simple, every person is diferent.
But the question in fact is about going early to sleep is better, i don't think so, but many "gurús" like markus rothkraz and others say that, when we rest from 10 pm to 1 am the body can regenerate itself better.... thats why i asked that, i would like to know if someone can prove that
